Role-aware actions
Operations, Delivery and Verifier roles expose different control authority rather than a universal action set.
SOFTWARE / INTERNAL DEMONSTRATION / v1.1
A role-aware operational application showing how requests can become controlled work with explicit ownership, change control, independent verification and traceable audit history.

Many operational processes live across inboxes, spreadsheets, conversations and undocumented approval steps. The result is unclear ownership, invisible scope change and closure without evidence.
Workflow Control demonstrates how that process can be turned into software without pretending every business needs a heavyweight enterprise platform.
Operations, Delivery and Verifier roles expose different control authority rather than a universal action set.
Changes remain separate from the original requirement and retain their own decision history.
Completion is not treated as closure until acceptance evidence receives a verification decision.
The seeded demonstration includes a complete synthetic control chain that can be followed through every record family.
The v1.1 package passed JavaScript syntax, relationship, role-restriction, due-date, audit-link and static secret-pattern checks. Rendered cross-browser acceptance is intentionally left as a local/manual release gate rather than claimed without evidence.

All people, organisations, requests, work items, changes and outcomes shown in this demonstration are fictional and synthetic. This is not a production customer system.
