Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about FMDV Systems, its approach, capabilities and the types of work it may undertake. Website content is not a binding offer to provide a particular service and is not professional, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Demonstration work

Projects identified as demonstrations, concepts or internal work are presented to show capability. They must not be interpreted as customer commissions, endorsements, testimonials or evidence that a particular third party has used FMDV Systems.

Enquiries and customer work

Sending an enquiry, using the project configurator or contacting FMDV Systems does not create a contract or require either party to proceed.

Customer work is undertaken only after written agreement of the relevant quotation, scope or project terms. Those documents may define deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, price, deposit and payment requirements, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property treatment, source-code delivery, support and change control. If there is any conflict between these website terms and an agreed customer contract, the agreed customer contract takes priority for that project.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate and current, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. If information is important to a purchasing or project decision, confirm it directly with FMDV Systems before relying on it.
